SHOP FOR FREE SCHOOL SUPPLIES!

Classroom Connections serves all public K-12 educational efforts in Alexander, Burke, Caldwell, Catawba, Cleveland, Iredell and Lincoln Counties. Certified NC Public School Teachers are invited to sign-up to shop on Tuesday or Thursday between 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. up to 4 times per calendar year. [Shoppers can shop once each calendar quarter. (1st Quarter - January to March; 2nd Quarter - April to June; 3rd Quarter - July to September; 4th Quarter - October to December)

There are 5 available shopping appointments each hour for a total of 15 spots every scheduled Tuesday and Thursday.

Procedure for Shopping:

Complete the Shopper Registration Form - every shopper must complete the registration form before making a shopping appointment.
Reserve a Shopping Appointment - check available appointment days and times on the Sign-up Genius by clicking on "Sign Up To Shop". EACH shopper must make his/her own appointment! [1 Shopper = 1 Appointment]
For the safety of all shoppers and volunteers:
· LIMITED SHOPPING GROUPS - Shopping appointment times will be limited to only five shoppers.
· 45-MINUTE SHOPPING APPOINTMENTS - In order to follow social distance guidelines, shoppers will be limited to 45 minutes to complete their shopping so that check-out is completed before the next shopping appointment begins.
· MASKs - Face masks will be AVAILABLE but OPTIONAL.
· REQUIRED CHECK-OUT Times - Shoppers will be asked to check-out at the end of their 45-minute appointment. This allows the next appointment group their full hour to shop.
· ARRIVE ON TIME - Shoppers who are late for their appointment will still be asked to check-out at the time for the appointment to end. (i.e. If your appointment is from 3:00-3:45 p.m., you will be required to check-out at 3:45 p.m.
